The Chicago Retired Teachers Aid Fund (CRTAF) is an organization whose purpose is to “assist indigent retired Chicago public school teachers through grants-in-aid and in such other financial matters as may be appropriate”.

The CRTAF Story

The Chicago Retired Teachers Aid Fund, Inc. also known as The Aid Fund was established as an independent entity in 1986 by the Retired Teachers Association of Chicago (RTAC) for the exclusive purpose of assisting retired Chicago public school teachers and administrators who have found themselves in difficult financial circumstances through no real fault of their own.

Perhaps it’s even you or a friend that needs financial assistance.

Eligibility requirements are few and easy:

…provide an explanation of the financial circumstances you find yourself in
…provide proof of CTPF pension information and other income

CRTAF assures your complete confidentially and promptness of a reply.
